Art stirs emotion. It makes you think a new idea. It makes you feel a new emotion. Or an old idea or emotion, actually. ART DEFINED BY ME: Art a purposeful message communicated from the creator/finder/chooser-ARTIST to us the viewer.
let me say that simpler:
Artists are people that communicate messages to viewers, wait no because it can be sounds, smells,videos, tactile, i will work this out eventually.
its about the message, it can be so specific to be a piece about respecting animals rights, or it can be so vague as to be a piece about harmony or solitude.
it has to be purposeful, so animals smearing mud or paint can't be artists. i can be the artist if i choose to tape a paint brush to the tail of a dog and make him run around and make a painting on the floor, but the dog can't.
